Hospitality is at the heart of what we do at Charles Manor, ensuring residents always have what they need when they need it. We check in with you daily and are available to help whenever we can. Your monthly fee includes weekly housekeeping, flat linen service and towel laundry, Continental breakfast, and two served meals, prepared daily by our in-house chef (lunch and dinner), social events and activities, weekly bus outings, 24-hour emergency response and in-suite utilities.

Handcrafted Homestyle Cooking
Homestyle fresh, family-style recipes are made from scratch daily with wholesome, local ingredients. Our head Chef has been leading our Kitchen for 28 years and is known across town for his amazingly creative Family Holiday Buffets. We offer three meals daily, with Lunch and Dinner being full service in the dining room.
Emergency Response
Charles Manor provides an emergency response system. Should you require assistance during a medical emergency, our staff can respond immediately and dispatch the appropriate help you need 24/7.
Maintenance
Basic maintenance and repairs are handled by the Charles Manor staff and responded to promptly.
Housekeeping
We offer weekly housekeeping and linen services, keeping your suite safe and sanitized.
Support Services
For those requiring more assistance, residents and families may make care arrangements through Interior Health or caregiver of your choice. We are happy to work with you to help find a solution to all of your needs.
